NAMI ("we", "us") runs this online store. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop with us, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address; the items you order; and anything you send us, such as questions or return requests. If you order a personalised piece, the name you ask us to embroider.
- Refund details: if a refund is due on a cash on delivery order, the bank, InstaPay or mobile wallet details you give us to receive it.
- Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view and what you add to your bag, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from our partners: delivery updates from our courier partners and, for online payments, a confirmation from the payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
How we use your information
- To process, prepare and deliver your orders, and to collect cash on delivery.
- To contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
- To answer your questions and give customer support.
- To send you news and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
- To keep our store secure, prevent fraud and improve how our website works.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We only share what each party needs to do its job:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
- Courier companies, which receive your name, phone number, address and the amount to collect so they can deliver your order.
- Payment providers, if you pay online, to process your payment securely.
- Authorities or professional advisers, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Children's information
Our products are made for babies and young children, but our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. A child's name given to us for embroidery is used only to make that order.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your bag and checkout working, remember your preferences and understand how our website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store may not work without them.
How long we keep information
We keep order information for as long as needed to complete your order, handle returns and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We keep your email for marketing until you unsubscribe.
How we protect it
Our store uses encrypted (SSL) connections, and only the people who need your information to serve you can access it. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your account details private.
Your rights
Under Egyptian law you can ask to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent or object to marketing at any time;
- be told if your personal information is affected by a data breach.
To make a request, email us. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Storage outside Egypt
Our store runs on Shopify, so your information may be stored and processed on servers outside Egypt, protected by Shopify's security measures.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
