Shipping policy
NAMI delivers to every governorate in Egypt through trusted courier partners. You can pay in cash when your order arrives.
Delivery times
- Cairo and Giza: 1 to 3 working days.
- All other governorates: 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery times start once your order is confirmed. Working days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. During sales, holidays or bad weather, delivery can take a little longer; if your order is delayed, we'll let you know.
Delivery fees
- EGP 118 for orders under EGP 1,200.
- Free delivery on orders of EGP 1,200 or more.
The delivery fee is always shown at checkout before you place your order.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Egypt: you pay the courier in cash when your order is handed to you. It helps to have the exact amount ready.
Receiving your order
- The courier will usually call you before delivering, so please make sure your phone number and full address are correct.
- If the courier can't reach you after several attempts, the order comes back to us and we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery.
- If you need to change your address or phone number, email us as soon as possible, before your order ships.
Damaged or incorrect parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right at no cost to you. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
